Elena Mompó is an illustrator based in Barcelona. Her work is influenced by the everyday life, especially by the places and people that surround her. She has always been interested in art, history and politics. Her work is a sensitive and critical look at reality through the constant study of color and form, thus creating a very recognizable personal universe. Most of her illustrations are made with gouache on paper and the themes that appear most in her work are nature, travel and feminism.
