Stephanie Verstift

Originally from the Netherlands, Stephanie Verstift discovered the magic of southern Sweden. She left her work as a strategic consultant in Utrecht and teacher at Willem de Kooning in Rotterdam for a life in the Swedish countryside. There she was able to pour her love for sustainable development, creativity and organization into a completely new challenge: as the chef of the restaurant in one of Sweden’s most beloved retreat centers in the forests of Mundekulla.
The result after four years of cooking and 40,000 servings is a cookbook that invites for love, experiment, sustainability and creativity in the kitchen.
