Superstar DJ Sam Francisco and his friends are throwing the party of the year, so neighbour Killjoy Bill can’t get any sleep. He sends his dogs to shut Sam down. Then pest control. Then the firebrigade and the police! But only when Bill pulls the plug do things look bleak.
