In San Airecillo del Medio everybody is well used to strong gale force winds. And particularly so in the case of Ramón and Teresa, the farmers at the big Reposo farmhouse.
One day, however, an exceptionally violent windstorm catches them unaware and causes the sounds made by all the farm animals to change: the cock barks, the pig neighs, the dog brays and the hen miaows.
Ramón and Teresa quickly set to work to find a solution to the problem, having recourse in the end to the best-known saying in San Airecillo: “What the wind brings you it’ll later take away”.
