There are days when everything goes wrong for our hero.
And when his grandmother goes to pick him up at the school gate, she finds her grandson wearing a real dog face, so she takes him to the park (where he can run around with the other dogs) and later she makes him a real dog dinner (sausages and mashed potato).
When he goes to bed, the boy still has his dog face, but he’s the happiest dog in the universe.
