It’s not every day we get news as wonderful as this: we have just started representing Little Brown USA in all the Spanish speaking countries and Portugal!
We couldn’t be happier! Little, Brown Books for Young Readers hardly needs an introduction, it’s currently celebrating its 100th anniversary and is part of Hachette Book Group USA.
Currently, Ute Körner Literary Agent represents four of its imprints, covering ages from 0 to New Adult:
- Little, Brown Books for Young Readers (LBYR) began publishing books for children in 1926, and they now offer a distinguished and diverse list of 250 frontlist titles annually. In addition to the Little, Brown Books for Young Readers core list of bestselling and award-winning picture books, chapter books, middle grade titles, and young adult books, with authors such as Stephenie Meyer.
- Requited is the most recent NA’s imprint just launched in April 2026 with the publication of The Wicked Sea by Jordan Stephanie Gray. The list will offer fast-paced, romantic, bingeable novels across genres that center characters in their upper teens and twenties as they navigate early adulthood. The imprint will have a boutique approach, with a balanced list of 10-20 tiles a year and a focus on author partnership.
- Boxer Books brings a unique approach to children’s books combining inventive ideas, concepts, and storylines with a strong sense of style and design. Their focus is publishing new and established international authors and illustrators, working with them to develop their personal style and create books that children and adults can enjoy together.
- Union Square Kids publishes fiction and nonfiction titles that engage, enrich, and excite a diverse audience of young readers. Their list includes picture books, early readers, chapter books, graphic novels, middle grade and young adult novels, as well as classics, reference, novelty and activity books.
