Born in 1992 as a children’s imprint of Edizioni Piemme, Il Battello a Vapore, offers a catalog of around 800 titles, mostly fiction books suitable for a reading public between 3 and 13 years old. Since its inception, Il Battello a Vapore has been characterized by its strong presence in schools due to the quality of the texts written by the most relevant Italian authors in the country.
