Tanja Voosen works as a full-time can opener for her fat cat Tiger and uses her free hours to write books for children and young people. She was born in Cologne in 1989 but escaped to the Eifel region shortly afterwards where to this day she continues to wander through the forests in search of a magical adventure. Despite her ‘sweet talents’ she prefers to leave it to her fictional characters to create magical sweets, as her creations always seem to disappear immediately in some strange way. Like all true authors she has countless shelves full of books and is always finding her ideas from completely absurd dreams.
