Paola Barbato was born in Milan in 1971 and grew up in Brescia. She now lives in Verona with her partner, her three daughters and three dogs. She is an author and comics writer. Her published works include Bilico [Balance], Mani nude [Naked hands] (winner of the Scerbanenco Award), Il filorosso (Fil rouge), Non ti faccio niente [I promise it won’t hurt], Io so chi sei [I know who you are] and Zoo, the first two novels of the trilogy now endingwith Vengo a prenderti [I’m coming to get you].
