Julia Holz was born in Düsseldorf, Germany, in 2001. Her studies at Cologne University included media and culture, as well as theories and practices of writing as a profession. Books have been her companions all her life, and since 2020 she has shared this passion on Instragram and YouTube. When she’s not writing or reading, she can be seen in amusement parks, at football grounds, or sitting in front of a large plate of pasta. “Villains Are Made” is her first novel.
