Heidi Nieboer is a former senior officer, hostage negotiator and instructor in the police. She decided to apply the skills she’d learned in these positions in everyday life and now works as an instructor and a coach and gives workshops in the Netherlands and abroad.
Marjolein Smit-Arnold Bik is a senior police officer. She has much experience as a team and department leader but also as a general commander during public events, crises and criminal investigations. She volunteers as a mediator and a neighborhood moderator, facilitating difficult discussions.
