Tess trained at Kingston School of art. Her unique perspective on everyday objects has charmed audiences around the world with solo shows in the UK, Japan, Singapore, Korea, Italy and Holland. Fresh Fruit is Tess’s first book for children. Her first book for adults, Disaster Dates and Lucky Escapes, is published by Hachette. Tess lives in Tyoko, Japan.
