Patrick Wirbeleit, born in 1971, writes and illustrates comics and children books.
His comic «Kiste» (with Uwe Heidschrötter) was awarded in 2015 the Leipziger Lesekompass Prize and in 2016 it received the Max und Moreitz Award for the «Best Comic for children».
