Noor Ammar Lamarty is a Maghrebi legal activist and feminist specializing in Public International Law and International Criminal Law from a feminist perspective. She is a lecturer and speaker on women’s rights and development in the MENA region. She writes articles and research on women, sexual discrimination, and the legal systems of countries with Islamic contexts. She is the founder and president of WOMENBYWOMEN, a feminist journal and women’s rights development platform.
