Nina Wehrle

Nina Wehrle was born in Willisau, Switzerland. She is an illustrator, mother, friend, instigator, and collaborator. As one half of the illustration duo It’s Raining Elephants, she has received numerous international awards. She is a co-founder of the Bolo Club and shares her passion for the language of images in numerous workshops with students, children, and other professionals. After several years in Berlin and Hamburg, Nina Wehrle now lives and works with her family in Lucerne.
