Michèle Yves Pauty (born 1982) studied photography and German philology in Vienna and creative writing in Hildesheim and Leipzig. Pauty has published in various magazines and anthologies, and in 2021 she was awarded the Hilde Zach Literature Grant. She lives in Vienna and Leipzig and is part of the artists’ collective sy:rup. Her debut novel, «Familienkörper» (Family Body), will be published by Haymon Verlag in February 2025.
