Laura Catalán has been a children’s book illustrator for over a decade. At the beginning she did lots and lots of illustrations for textbooks which really built her drawing muscle. For the last years she mainly focused on children’s fiction. She can’t imagine her childhood without the stories and the illustrations that accompanied them and she hopes her work will also have a small place in the worlds of the children that read the books she has been lucky enough to illustrate.
