Daniele Nicastro

Daniele Nicastro was born in Carmagnola in 1978. He lives in Moretta, a small town in the province of Cuneo, where he writes books for children. He has written books with diverse genres, from adventure novels to comic books, but always with a particular attention to the topics that are interesting for children. Together with several schools and libraries, he organizes creative writing workshops. He has worked for years as a ghost writer with important Italian publishers. He was shortlisted in 2018 for the Bancarellino Award for his book Grande (Einaudi Ragazzi, 2017).
