Daniel Bleckmann was born in 1977 on the threshold between the Lower Rhine and the Ruhrpott . After jobs in film and advertising, he set out in 2008 to explore the mysteries of the German school system. In the meantime, the biology and German teacher has collected more anecdotes than he can ever squeeze into his fantastic adventure novels.
