Beatriz Carilla Egido

Beatriz Carilla Egido is a writer from Zaragoza. She wrote sporadically creating wordplay, microfiction, and aphorisms only for herself. One day, she dared to submit one of her pieces to a microfiction contest and was a finalist. This encouraged her to continue participating in other prizes (for microfiction, haiku, short stories, and micropoems) and to strive to improve her writing. She has received awards and honorable mentions in international literary competitions.
