Since childhood, Florian has struggled with intrusive thoughts and depression, eventually finding his personal challenge within the media industry. At the age of 28, he discovered therapy as a life-changing support, and now passionately works to help men overcome their fear of seeking therapy, while informing them about its possibilities and risks.
