The Australian author of ‘School of Monsters’ Sally Rippin is on tour promoting her successful series in Spain.
With stops in Barcelona and Madrid, always together with Montena (Penguin Random House), Sally has visited schools, held press conferences and was one of the guests at ComicCon in Barcelona, showing warmth and professionalism, and sharing stories about her favourite characters with young fans of the series.
Sally Rippin is the eighth Australian Children’s Laureate, awarded by the Australian Children’s Laureate Foundation (ACLF), and is Australia’s bestselling author with over 100 books published for children and young adults.
Escuela de Monstruos, illustrated by Chris Kennett, is published in Spanish and Catalan (Montena/PRH), Galician (Hércules) and Basque (Mensajero). Sales of the books in Spanish and Catalan have already surpassed 1,000,000 copies.
