Clàudia Capdevila is an illustrator and editorial designer from Barcelona. She has been surrounded by art and books since she was a child and discovered her passion for creating and exploring within drawing. She studied illustration at La Llotja de Barcelona and specialized in editorial design at Elisava. Since then she has worked as an illustrator and has already created her own style full of life and colour, dreamlike scenes and with themes as varied as nature, absurd humour, social criticism, feminism and beauty.
She won the Junceda Award 2023 in the non fiction children’s book category with Samuráis, by Lucas Riera (Mosquito Books, 2023).
