Anna Baquero (Barcelona 1993) is an illustrator and writer.
She studied Fine Arts at the UB, and illustration at l’Escola de la dona and EINA.
She currently lives in Barcelona and works in a small room with a good view of the city. She has the worst intern in the world, Greta, a very naughty dog who doesn’t make coffee nor photocopies, and who demands to make cameos in almost all the books.
Anna tries to make her illustrations fresh and fun, and what she enjoys drawing the most is animals. Before she starts writing, she asks herself, “What do I want to draw?” and she never runs out of ideas.
