Right after a university degree in History, Agnese Incisa immediately started working for Einaudi, one of the most renowned Italian publishing houses. There she started learning the ropes and met world famous authors like Italo Calvino, Primo Levi, Elsa Morante, Lalla Romano.
In 1998 she set up her own agency, addressing herself mainly to Italian authors. Next to famous writers like Mario Rigoni Stern, Ernesto Ferrero, Nico Orengo, there are also young authors of proven success like Roberto Alajmo, Antonella Cilento, Michele Mari, Giulio Mozzi, Paolo Nori, Vitaliano Trevisan, Cinzia Zungolo, just to mention a few.
