Agenzia Letteraria Internazionale · ALI was founded in 1898 by Augusto Foà and was later run by Erich Linder and afterwards by his son Dennis Linder.
Agenzia Letteraria Internazionale · ALI represents important American, German and other European publishers and agents for Italian translation rights and Italian clients worldwide – authors, heirs and publishing houses, among others Leonardo Sciascia, Dino Buzzati, Vicenzo Consolo, Elsa Morante, Elio Vittorini, Gillo Dorfles and Lalla Romana.
Since 2015 it is part of The Italian Literary Agency.
