Frenchman Julien Gravelle has lived in Quebec since 2006. His writing is driven by an ethical reflection that he puts into words in the form of novels (Nitassinan), stories (Musher; Debout sur la carlingue) or essays (Nos renoncements). Simultaneously with “If”, Leméac will release a paperback edition of his 2021 crime novel “Les cowboys sont fatigués”, that was also published in French-speaking Europe by Éditions du Seuil.
