Björn Vedder was born in Brakel in 1976 and studied literature and philosophy at the Ruhr University Bochum, the Humboldt University in Berlin and the University of Bielefeld. In 2008 he received his doctorate on the writer, translator and librarian Wilhelm Heinse. Vedder writes about art, literature and philosophy, gives lectures, moderates events and curates exhibitions. His essays “Rich Mob”, “Fathers of the Future” and “Solidary Bodies” were published by Büchner-Verlag.
