Milica Vučković, born in 1989 in Belgrade, is a popular Serbian writer and painter.
Winner of the “Biber” award for best short story in 2017, she was also a finalist for the European Short Story Festival Prize (FEKP, Zagreb) in 2020.
Her first novel, Boldvin, published in 2018, was a finalist for the Vital Prize and the Biljana Jovanovic Prize. She lives and works in Belgrade and Herceg Novi.
«The Fatal Outcome of Athletics Injuries» is the first of her novels to be published in German.
