Mascha Blankschyn gives regular meditation and mindfulness courses as well as online and offline coaching for women, young people and children. She organizes study days and training courses at Berlin schools on the topics of stress management and mindfulness. She is a trained MBSR and MSC teacher and has been at home in Vipassana meditation for ten years. She also reaches tens of thousands of followers through her social media channels.
She has firmly anchored the principles of mindfulness and self-love like two pillars in her life, because a stable inner self can more easily withstand the waves of turbulent everyday life and leads to a compassionate approach, especially towards oneself and then also towards others.
