Josefine Sonneson, born in Düsseldorf in 1994, grew up in a patchwork family with many siblings. Today, she lives in Hildesheim on the edge of the forest and is otherwise a favourite holidaymaker in Italy. After completing an undergraduate degree in philosophy, she is now studying literary writing and editing. Her debut book for young people «Stolpertage», is now followed by her first children’s book.
