Dirk Husemann digs up stories as a science journalist, archaeologist and writer. He studied prehistory and early history, classical archaeology and ethnology in Münster.
In addition to historical novels, he writes non-fiction and reportage, for example about the pink stones of Stonehenge, fish in the Sahara or the starry skies beneath the pyramids of Mexico.
DIE ROMANFABRIK VON PARIS was the winner of the vote for «Book of the Year 2020» at WDR 2. In 2022 he was awarded the Culture Prize of the City of Lünen.
