Annika Scheffel studied Applied Theatre Studies and has been working in the field of screenplay. When in March 2010 her debut novel “BEN” was published, it was awarded the Advancement Award of the Grimmelshausen Prize. Her novel “Hier ist es schön” (“It is beautiful here”) received the Robert-Gernhardt Prize.
